A Gem!
“This was a pleasant treat on our way home one day. The restaurant is actually inside a tiny self-contained village of a bed and breakfast next door, a pizza place, a chocolate shop and a winery across the street. You really have everything you need. It is right on the Allegheny River so there is a beautiful view. We ate inside as it was a chilly day but there is seating outside for nice days. The waiter was nice and the food was good...decent prices too. When we were leaving we signed up to win a raffle basket which benefited a local mill which had burned down. The next night they were feeding the firemen and families affected. We were impressed with the type of place that does that type of thing.!”

“The Allegheny Grill is a Bar, Restaurant, and event venue! Fine dinning with great views of the River. we had a Artichoke Spanish dip and soup and salad to start. second course was Chicken parm plate for me and the wife had a stake plate. dessert was w cheesecake and house punch beverage.”

“We love taking a scenic motorcycle ride from NE Ohio to Foxburg,Pa The foxburg inn is nice. But it is the restaurant that we enjoy. The view is nice over looking the Allegany river. The service here is good and the food also. It's a real enjoyable pleasant stop very relaxing. There is a small winery across from restaurant also. We come here mainly for the view with our meal..”

“My husband and I visited for to try the Irish entrée, corned beef. It was beyond expectations. Both the meat and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. Something as simple as cabbage was so tasteful. The presentation was picture perfect. We seldom order dessert but went for the coconut cream pie. It was the creamiest, most delicious coconut cream pie we tasted. Not too sweet. We like the addition of the local brewery varieties to the menu. We moved over to the bar to hear the guest musicians. All in all the staff is always pleasant and nicely dressed. The food and atmosphere continue to keep us coming back for more."
